60 Day Money Back Guarantee
Athena Group extends a 60-day unconditional money-back guarantee to all our product clients. This guarantee shall begin upon the setup of client's account and shall expire sixty days later. Client has the right to cancel their contract with Athena Group by submitting notice to Athena Group by fax within the 60 days. Upon submission of the cancellation, Client's account shall be immediately terminated and all fees, including setup except as note below, shall be credited to the client's credit card. Procedure for requesting money back guarantee can be found on the billing policy page.
Note: Any custom work such as custom logo's, flash presentations, custom templates, domains names purchased upon clients behalf shall not be refunded.
Refunds apply only to stock items readily available for purchase on our web site.
