If a credit card payment fails, the customer will be sent an E-mail notice allowing two (2) days to correct the situation either with a new payment method or by updating the credit card.

The charge will be re-attempted periodically within these two (2) days with the last retry being on the 2nd day. Should the card still not accept our charge and no other payment has been received by the 2nd day, the account will be suspended without exception.

Upon suspension of the account, Athena Group will send a final deactivation notice to customer via email. If customer does not act on this notice within two (2) days of the deactivation notice the account will be permanently cancelled. This cancellation includes the removal of all files and unread email that may remain.

NOTE:  An additional fee of $25.00 will be assessed for reactivation. The reactivation fee is non-negotiable.

Cancellation Policy

Requesting an Account Cancellation:

A cancellation will only be accepted if it is done by the following method: The customer must submit request for cancellation by email and the customer must fax a cancellation request to 864-848-4981. The request must include the following information:

Domain Name/Account Name (email and fax)

Account Password (email and fax)

Valid email address other than a POP3 account (email and fax)

Cancellation Reason (email and fax)

Signature of Account Owner (fax)

All account cancellations must be received in the above manner at least ten (10) days in advance of the date of renewal. Accounts cancelled with less than ten (10) days notice shall be charged for the next renewal period and then cancelled at the end of that period.

Athena Group will use the valid email address supplied with the request for cancellation to verify the cancellation.

When a cancellation request is made, Athena Group will immediately remove all configuration information as well as all contents of the account on the date of the next renewal of the account. All files and any unread email left on the server will be lost.

Current Information

Periodically it may be necessary for Athena Group to contact the customer.

The customer is solely responsible for keeping personal and billing information current at all times. Failure to do so will result in non-delivery of important notices.

Athena Group is not responsible for actions that are taken as a result of a customer's failure to respond to Athena Group's notices.

Taxes

Athena Group shall not be liable for any taxes or other fees to be paid in accordance with or related to purchases made by customer from Athena Group.

Customer is solely responsible for all taxes and fees of any nature associated with purchase of Athena Group's products and services.
